Return and exchange

Overview

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from PIXSEL CA INC. through pixsel.ca.


Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • unused

  • uninstalled

  • in original packaging

  • in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • products that have been installed or applied

  • opened adhesive products

  • custom-cut or made-to-order products

  • products damaged due to improper installation or handling


Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for eligible products within the return period, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection before purchase.


Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • supporting photos may be required

  • claims will be reviewed and may result in replacement or refund


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact:

support@pixsel.ca

Include:

  • order number

  • name used for purchase

  • reason for return

  • photos (if applicable)

Return instructions will be provided after review.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • processing time is typically 5–10 business days

PIXSEL CA INC. reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.


Incorrect Orders

If an incorrect product was sent by PIXSEL CA INC.:

  • the issue must be reported within 48 hours

  • a replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to the customer


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to delivery issues:

  • original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

  • additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment


Final Notes

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
