Shipping and Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with PIXSEL CA INC. through pixsel.ca.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volume.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Locations

PIXSEL CA INC. currently ships to:

  • Canada

  • United States (where available)

Shipping availability may change without notice.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers, which may include:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • other regional carriers

The carrier is selected based on destination, shipping method, and operational requirements.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier operations

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing (for international shipments)

  • high seasonal demand


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • order size and weight

  • selected shipping method

All applicable shipping charges are displayed before order confirmation.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Delivery confirmation, including tracking status, is considered proof of delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PIXSEL CA INC. is not responsible for packages that are:

  • lost after confirmed delivery

  • stolen after delivery

  • delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and secure.


Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives damaged:

  • the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • supporting photos may be required

  • claims will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

PIXSEL CA INC. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error:

  • additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

  • reshipping may require additional charges

  • refunds, if applicable, may be reduced by shipping costs incurred


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status using the provided tracking number.


Delays and Service Interruptions

PIXSEL CA INC. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs authorities

  • events beyond our control
